Shipping charges

Shipping is FREE across India on all orders. No minimum order value, no hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day) from our facility in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 4–7 working days after dispatch.
• Remote or low-serviceability PIN codes may take slightly longer.

Tracking

• As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the courier name and AWB tracking number.
• Track anytime on our Track Order page using your Order No and registered mobile, or directly on the courier's website using the AWB number.

Serviceability

We ship via reputed courier partners to virtually all serviceable PIN codes in India. If your PIN code turns out to be unserviceable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Delivery issues

• If the courier marks your order delivered but you have not received it, inform us within 48 hours and we will investigate with the courier.
• If a package arrives with a visibly damaged or tampered outer box, please refuse the delivery or note it with the delivery agent, and inform us the same day.
• Undeliverable packages (wrong address, repeated failed attempts) are returned to us; we will contact you to reship or refund.
