These Terms & Conditions govern your use of utilitikart.com and every purchase made on it. By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

About us

UtilitiKart.com is an Indian direct-to-consumer store operated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, selling everyday utility products.

Products & pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice is provided with every order.
• Struck-through prices (MRP) indicate the maximum retail price printed on or declared for the product; our selling price is the amount you actually pay.
• We make every effort to display products accurately, but minor variations in colour or appearance may occur between the images and the delivered product.
• Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. Orders already paid for are honoured at the paid price.

Orders & payments

• All orders are prepaid, processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
• An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully verified. You will receive an Order No by email — keep it for tracking and support.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or serviceability issues). In such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.

Warranty

• Products carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
• The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond the product's stated rating, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.
• To claim warranty, email us with your Order No and a description (photos/video help) of the issue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to UtilitiKart.com or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach consumer forums as per law.
